Adam Lewis is a partner who was originally with Terrana, Perez and Salgado since October 2013. His practice is focused on first party property insurance claims. He has extensive experience in handling all types of property damage claims – both pre-suit and litigation – including sinkhole, wind, water damage, theft, lightning, hurricane, hail damage and fire loss claims from both the plaintiff and defense side. He has also handled construction defect claims for the firm’s clients.

Mr. Lewis also has extensive experience in liability matters having represented both insurance defense clients and parties injured as the result of others negligence. He has represented clients in the areas of personal injury and insurance coverage for accident cases including auto, bicycle, boating, brain injury, dog bite, motorcycle, pedestrian, slip and fall, tractor trailer, and wrongful death. He also previously handled medical malpractice cases.

Mr. Lewis has first and second chaired numerous successful jury trials across the state of Florida from the defense and plaintiff perspective in the areas of personal injury, slip and fall, automobile negligence, sinkhole, hurricane damage, and other first party matters.

Mr. Lewis is certified by the Department of Insurance as an instructor for continuing education courses and has conducted numerous seminars on both first and third-party insurance matters.

Mr. Lewis grew up in a military family and has lived around the world, but spent his high school years in Tampa, Florida. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. He currently resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and two children.

Mr. Lewis is rated 'AV' by the Matindale-Hubbell professional rating organization upon review by his peers; the highest rating conferred on practicing attorneys by the Martindale-Hubbell organization, and has been further endorsed for High Ethical Standing. Mr. Lewis is also a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
